Offering granite stones as a way of fund raising was bound to be popular with supporters keen to see a permanent landmark at the club and Hibs have announced sales have surpassed expectations despite only being on sale for 4 weeks.

The green granite stones are offered by the club in three price ranges, £50, £100 & £400, and a third of the available quantity have been purchased by eager fans.

Once uptake is complete the stone will form a permanent feature on the exterior of the East Stand whereby Hibees from all over the world can view the personal inscribed messages included in the price.

With Christmas just around the corner, the stones are likely to be popular within the support and seen as the ultimate gift for any supporter, young or old, to savor for years to come.

If you wish to purchase a stone please visit The East Terrace website.
